There were a lot of good questions asked, to which I gave thorough and applicable answers describing my experience and aptitude for the role. I was not chosen to progress from the initial interview, with the reason given that I did not demonstrate the ability to work cross-departmentally. However, I was not asked any questions during our hour long conversation regarding my skill or experience in that area, of which I have plenty.
How do you create a team environment?
The questions were all behavior based so be prepared with specific stories regarding team work, tough decisions, and working with patients.
What do you know about this company?
Just be ready to answer questions about your previous experience. They are interested in know about you to get an idea of how you will work well in the area you are applying for.
