Hi all! I would like to share my experience of passing the interview at Unicsoft. I must say right away that it was a rather long, intense and rich interview, followed by the same (not the easiest) test task. However, the whole recruitment process is fast and efficient without long pauses. The interview was carried out by Head of People Operation Oleksii and Client Partners Lead Nadiia. I was asked a lot of questions, we discussed many interesting topics, and we exchanged opinions). The communication was structured and very professionally built, without nonsense and strange moments). I had to tense up, but I got the impression that I talked, if not with friends, then at least with colleagues, with whom I have already gone through a lot). It is noticeable that the guys love their company and work and sincerely worry about everything that happens, which immediately transfers. It is so valuable, especially in this industry) Even though the interview took place in a reasonably intense rhythm, it became like a small master class for me. I was full of positivity after the interview. I understood something new about myself and adopted a positive, motivational vibe from people who love their work! Thank you guys for the positive, professional and friendly approach!
