What do you expect from this job?
This was the HR screen interview. Questions were about why I left my previous position, if I was currently employed, and why I was looking for a new job.
I had to ask him what he wanted from me for the most part! Asked me what I felt was the most important part of the design process though.

Rapid fire questions about why you make a good candidate - wrong questions at an interview. Resume already says I'm a good candidate. Very immature format. Would guess they have a very high turnover rate to avoid paying the "$100k per year" in commissions their teammates supposedly make as they have nothing but superficial interest. We both made $50k at last high profile debt relief jobs and that took huge work and skill.
They asked why I picked the university I did and why I chose that major.
