There were agency-specific questions about federal & state rules/regulations, how past experience qualifies you for the current job application (i.e. communication, organization, program knowledge, use of resources, support to other supervisors, documentation expectations, time/claim processing expectations, ability adjust for multiple demands, openness to change, ability to remain flexible with agency changes, training ability. The "question" is a 5 minute presentation of how all of your skills learned are applied to current job demands and the potential job environment.
