Why did you leave last job?

Here I was to take up a HR & Admin related job profile . In the past I have always had a strong Sales & marketing profile. Hence had to justify my experience & how I would fit in with this new profile.Having convinced the Chairman , he asked me to meet again after 4 days for final confirmation for this job.

Are you hard worker,do you accept long work hours .(15 hours)

Nothing unexpected primarily interested in experience relating to growth of a medical practice and experience in the construction of a new practice location.
