In the first two rounds, questions regarding my background and experience were asked. In the final round, a group of 3 engineers shared a presentation that had a list of many questions. They were all related to different materials characterization techniques. Some were easy, while some quite difficult.

Discuss as many design considerations as you can related to MOSFET scaling, specifically short-channel effects. Whenever I mentioned a short-channel effect, he'd probe me on the physics behind it. Wanted as technical an explanation as I could provide on the phone.
