-First interview focused mainly what I'm doing now in my current role, and touched lightly background/previous experience. -Second interview posed a few fake scenarios to see how you would approach, analyze, and solve for the situation given the circumstances. One of the question was completely irrelevant to the role I was interviewing for: "There are gurus for various programs with certain office hours to answer questions; how would you go about determining scheduling/covering and guru availability? What about outside of office hours?"
