The interview process was a group interview. Where they lecture you for about two hours on how hard the job is. Then you get individual interviews. They don't ask anything hard. I asked more Questions then the interviewer.
What to do if you are approached by an angry customer? / What to do when an co-workers request your help? / How to handle change in your daily routine?
Have you ever quit a job after learning you were going to be fired?
Have you received any recognition/awards from an employer?
Do you have customer service experience?
Attendance at previous employers are extremely important.
