Can you adapt to working in different weather? How would you deal with irate customer?
All questions were variations of how would you handle various bad workplace situations; mean boss, unfriendly coworkers, angry customers, etc. If you follow the theme of nothing bothers me and I will do what I'm told, you should breeze through. To be honest I am about a month into my job and I have experienced none of the negative things they asked about in the interview. I must have lucked out with the Post Office I was assigned to.
Nothing hard at all
They literally did not ask any of us any questions besides pausing every now and then to make sure we were all still interested in the position.
Why do you want to work for the postal service?
If 2 supervisors asked me to do 2 different things how would I handle it.
How well do you work in a teamwork environment? How will you deal with a difficult coworker or supervisor?
Everything was pretty easy other than one part of the assessment. As long as you have fairly good memorization, you are fine.
How would you handle an angry customer?
