Nothing really--it's so cut and dry. The interview was really normal.
Asked to talk about experiences had with difficult customers &/or co-workers.
Basically I was just told about the job, told I would have to work weekends and that hours aren't guaranteed in the beginning. Most offices are always desperate for substitutes so its pretty easy to get the job with a clean record and a passing score on the exam.
