This is a very personal job, so the questions are personal. They can't afford to hire heartless individuals, so even though the questions aren't "difficult" in the typical way...but made me reminisce about my elderly grandparents that have passed and made me tear up. (Boxes of tissues all over the office!😀)
why do you want to be a caregiver
They asked me if I could name to of my best qualities and was there anything about myself that I needed to work on.
