There weren't any difficult questions, however, the phone interviewer asked some very detailed behavioral questions, not usually asked on a phone interview.

One of the interviewers was insistent on knowing why I chose the degree I did, why I did my political internships, and when, if at all, I'd be looking to go to grad school. It was really starting to get annoying the 3rd time I had to go through those questions.
All behavioral. Be ready to give examples of what you have experienced and how you solved the problems. They are looking for your thought process and how you react to both negative and positive situations.
