Case study on the quantification of carbon emissions of a firm. Need to identify all potential emissions of a new product launched by the firm. Do some calculations (cost-benefit analysis) to assess if it will reduce or increase the carbon emissions compared with the baseline.

Why didn't you apply to derivatives trading in a better institution and do finance instead of here in commodities?
I was asked two questions: What is my interest and applicable experience, and what does DEI mean to me and how would I apply it in this role. I was also told that I would be required to provide proof of vaccinations. For the record, I don't have any issues with DEI or vaccinations, but it was odd to spend most of a short screening interview discussing these topics. It gave me the sense that AF is more concerned with hiring similarly politically-minded people than people who are passionate about forest conservation. The organization isn't even very diverse based on their Team page.
