The most difficult part was going into an interview knowing their organization was aware of issues at my current employer. While I had no issues, and you never want to be negative in an interview, it is difficult to put positive spins when the stories have already been shared.

How would you manage a member of your team who was refusing to take calls? How would you manage someone on your team who was in a department you didn't really know much about?
Why do you want to do this and what qualifies you to lead men and women in combat, especially those with more time and experience than you will have. (Note that below I listed the date of my interview as June 2010. That's because the drop down list doesn't go back to 1987)!

You are the captain on a flight into Baltimore in IMC. The first officer is flying and has descended to approach minimums. You have verbalized to go missed but the FO is still descending. What would you do?
