What is amin part of working as a team
Discuss through previous jobs and experience in customer service. Discuss why you are applying for the position. Where and when have you excelled in good customer service and give an example. How would you deal with families and young children on a busy weekend? What skills can you bring to the team? I was given a sheet of paper with food information on it and had 10 minutes to prepare how to sell a food product; choose to reason why you are selling the product, all the positives ,when it can be used and by whom, plus sell add on items that are in season or relating to a meal. I then had a few minutes to sell the item to the Cafe Manager interviewing me.

Just general questions about situations to do with customers and how you would react. Nothing too difficult at all. Examining you on the shop floor is probably most important element of the interview, just stay calm.
