They had two rounds of interview: 1) The first round consisted of your general background check and why are you applying for this role. Once the hiring manager is convinced with your speaking skills (Hindi and English), they set up another interview round 2) This is a video call round where the hiring manager asks you situation based questions, for example, I was asked to simulate a call experience with her where she is a lady who I have to convince to purchase a BYJU'S course for her son even though she herself is a teacher. Here they just want to test your presence of mind and your persuasion skills. They do not expect you to be perfect but make sure to have done a background check about the company so that you can use it to your purpose of convinving while doing a call simulation. In this round they will also check your HIndi and English speaking skills. Next she asked me basic 7th-8th std level chemistry, physics, maths and gk questions. If you dont know the answer, just say you don't know it. They will intentionally try to put you down just to check how we perform in pressure situations. Be at ease, answer whatever you know and have a logical reason for everything.

Telephonic round consists of questions related to fermentation process, intellectual property rights (Biotechnology, pharma). Face to face interview was oky, they ask about your projects, interests, family and conversions
