Some of their questions for the BTA position are very simple to the point that I overcomplicated them. My question was about a company that acquires other companies and how they would help integrate the computer data systems.
The questions were all the standard behavioral interview type. i.e. What are three words that your friend would use to describe you? Describe a time you worked in a group. Describe a time you worked toward an uncertain goal.
Guesstimate questions were asked for analytical examination
-Describe a time you had to meet a tight deadline.
Give me minimum no. of socks required to get pair from a bag of 25 black socks & 25 white socks ( you cannot see the socks while picking)
What can IMAX do to be innovative? They want a specific example, along with steps on how you would pursue this strategy. Thought process is similar to product development case, or market entry case.
