"Tell me about a time when..." x 100 and it's usually something negative (you faced a challenge, did not get along with a co-worker, disagreed with a manager, etc.).
They asked about how my background and experience would help me meet the expectations of this position.
The first two rounds were mostly around my background, specific initiatives that I owned and drove, my motivation, etc. The third round, I would much rather forget.
