I was not expecting a written test during the interview. That process may have changed since I was hired.
Questions concerning sales-type tasks, such as "How would you handle an angry client?" and "How would you convince someone to change a decision they're making?"
Questions are basic.
Questions were not difficult, just situations on my past employment.
Review detailed outline for planned operations.
Tell me a situation when.. (after you finished with the whole story)... then they follow up with how was the result.... but at this point I have told them the whole story already...
You will be asked all different questions, mostly about sales. You will have to answer leadership questions. They will want people that want to get out of the branch to grow the revenue for the branch and also somebody that can lead and teach their team. You will be judged on your appearance. So have no tattoos present or piercings.
