Not what I was expecting from a large established company.
Interview got postponed last minute. Logged in for the 2nd arrange interview time, interview was late. When logged on, interviewer cited reason as they are busy with house moving.
Standard interview questions but interviewer seems preoccupied with other agenda, constant shifting of eyes and changing of screen (seen in the colour changes of the screen through the lens).

Interview
HR contacted me quickly after I applied. I had a first interview with HR, Head of the franchise. Then a long break with no news. I had to follow up and they planned an interview with HM. The process took 3 months. They did not respect the deadlines and I had to constantly follow up, really painful and uncomfortable.
It seems that they had an internal candidate for the job and I was set to fail. This process was way too long and lacked transparency. This is not very attractive for a company, I will not apply again.

Interview
Entretient correct, d'abord avec les RH, puis le hireing manager et enfin la GM. Tout s'est bien passé mais malgré ça j'ai l'impression qu'ils n'étaient pas sur de ce qu'ils recherchaient.
