The interview process starts with a screening interview from HR. The next step is with the hiring manager. After this I was not contacted again. Very poor communication and follow-up.
4 rounds of interviews, with varying levels of responsibility such as sales manager, account executive, corporate accounts and application specialist. Interviewers well prepared and enjoy working for the company, with many of them having over 10 years of experience
In person interview with the Regional head and hr . Discussion was conversation and situation based Discussion. Asked about local network and alignment with business . Also ok product knowledge and understanding of competition
