What my job entailed at previous employer?
The first part of the interview was specific, position related questions. They were pretty basic questions, just making sure you know your stuff. Most of it was small talk and them explain the position to me. Since I had experience and was still employed, most of them asked why I would leave my current company and what I could bring to Rush.

To re-iterate it was mostly in the form of online tests so did not actually get to speak with anyone.
