There weren't any hard interview questions, just what type of wok we liked doing or had done in the past and if it may fit right with customers on the phone.
Criminal and Credit History is checked. This is a call center so you must maintain adherence of 90% - attendance and clock in and out for lunch and breaks on time. During Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, it is hard to get time off. They do allow make up time with permission and OT is offered during the season, as well.
