the questions were based about what you can bring to the compagny not really discussing candidate background VP was very fussy and rude not welcoming at all watching the time that was a very bad experience the interview was not conversationnal but more like a lot of technical question about company's field ( you do not know yet everything about their process) They should hire someone born in that company
