The most significant question they asked was "How would you make this department better?" which is indicative of how all their questions were framed in highlighting your experience and knowledge and how all that would apply to Seneca. Also they take a lot of notes so not a lot of eye contact occurs, which can be awkward especially when you finish your answer and there is a period of silence.
