The interviewers were primarily interested in understanding my approach to work, my soft skills, and how my values align with APCO's culture. They were particularly interested in how I handle challenging situations and how I build relationships with colleagues. Rather than a traditional question-and-answer format, the interview felt more like an empathetic discussion, allowing for a deeper understanding of my work style and personality. This approach not only provided me with valuable insights into the company's vision but also helped me assess whether APCO would be a good cultural fit for me.
