If you google interview questions, you will find the kind of questions people asked me. All of the initial interviews were with non-lawyers who didn't understand anything about the position available, what a lawyer does or how law firms work (the whole process is very aimed at low level compensation workers in a business management structure - there was no understanding of partnerships). The last round of interviews was with lawyers, and these were conversational.

Not many as I was already known within the Firm, but the standard, what are you weaknesses, what are your strengths, how would you deal with a difficult co-worker, etc.
The questions were specific to the practice area, and related to experience in that particular field. No "trick" or particularly difficult questions.
How do you know that this work environment is going to be any better than your last one?
How do you feel your experience would allow you to be successful in this role.
