Most difficult part was sitting through him trying to rationalize why they were not "technically a door to door sales company" I mean, if that's what you are then embrace it - dont try to hide that the firm is door to door. Nothing difficult
None of the questions were difficult. One question was odd in that I was asked if I had union experience. This interview was for a director level position and the question revealed more about the interviewers and company than it did me.
There was nothing unexpected, he was a little low key but wanted to know if I understand the products retail vs. institutions, and if the products that I recommend are discretionary or non-discretionary, and at the end ask me if I was still interested
