Questions are mostly interpersonal. How do you work? Very casual approach top to bottom.

There really wasn't one. I had a great familiarity with one of the executives and he wanted me on board.
General questions about marketing and social media to determine if I was the right fit. I was asked about my prior marketing jobs and experiences as well as my retail management background. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and I was interviewed by two people simultaneously. While that may seem intimidating for some, both people made me feel very comfortable.
