1st question was to find 2nd lowest number in an array. This has to be done without using js in-built sorting function and with one loop. O (N) 2nd questions was return highest average of a person in array [["sam","80],["ace","90"],["sam","100"]] (answer: 90 because same has 80 and 100 => 100 + 80 / 2 = 90)
