First and most important (for this job I believe) was to Describe my experience supervising other employees.
The last question was regarding why I had applied for this particular position. Although most of the work involved my skill set, the supervision of a large number of people, and the change in venue (I had worked for DoD for previous 29 years) prompted a "why not DoD anymore?"
How would you work inclusively with young people?
Wanted to know ab out my interests in or any connection with field of preservation in addition to my work experience, which wasn't specifically related to the field.
