"Why are you looking to leave your current job?" That's always the hardest question.
The questions weren't difficult, they were just created to expose how you're not good enough. For instance, you could choose to focus on how you've production managed for an Anton Corbijn shoot, and the interviewers would say, "yeah, but he does movies now". Or, after being asked, you could respond with your favorite photography style, and they would say, "We don't like that style here". Basically, you can't win.
All the questions were pretty standard interview questions, there weren't any truly unexpected questions. There was an emphasis on professionalism and being able to handle speaking with upper management within the company in an intelligent and professional way, and asking if I would be comfortable with that.
How do you deal with conflict? What do you do on the weekends? And with whom? Did you know that Black women get their confidence through their hair?
I forget the specific question, but be prepared to sell yourself a little and tell why you deserve the job. It's advertising work, so explaining yourself is definitely a benefit.
Questions were very basic and didn't have much to do with the actual position.
What is your most conceptual campaign? What is your biggest strenght?
What's your greatest weakness?
Why did you move to New York City from Portland, Oregon?
