They asked me the usual standard questions but my future boss kept asking me how I would handle a situation creatively. The position was for an art director of an entertainment company and even though I had prior entertainment experience my current job at that time was in pharmaceuticals. Also i thought it was strang at the time but HR asked me if I would have a problem firing people?
Gave information on a featured artists, and asked me to prepare a 3 minute presentation for the following skype interview.
If a cliant said that they already have a plenty or too much art in their personal collection ,how would you overcome this objection ?
What are your skill sets?
Mostly standard stuff. HR was a little stiff, but the hiring manager was a hoot. Asked about previous experience and ideas on how to improve the current department.
I didn't find any question particularly difficult or unexpected. If forced to chose one it was when she asked how I would react to C-level executive/s shooting down a concept I developed for a seasonal campaign.
