how much do I expect to make w I find my leads. What Business Networks I know and are apart of. What my salary expectations were for the year. Asked my about my previous jobs, how I was consistently number one, etc.
Personality Questions mostly, recent encounters
The questions were fairly easy to answer. Describe past work experience. Why do you want to work for us? Do you think you would excel in the job and if so, why? How do you think you would fit in with the company culture / team environment?
Do you like doing cold call sales?
How are you going to support yourself during the ramp-up period?
The most difficult question to answer was if I would be willing to work for a few months without pay. So it wasn't that the question itself was difficult, it was more so if I was ready to accept the situation of no pay until I got the area up and running.
