1st & 2nd round: All Interviews are behavior based - based on what's on the Resume. Questions of projects, leadership roles in college, team work experience, personal contribution to the team, innovation, presentation etc. 3rd round with GM was like a case study. For me it was Interview with Purchase Division So Query was how would I behave if I was a Buyer and queries on approach Question in particular - I go shopping to buy a shirt. If the shopkeeper is aggressive and does not support in selection and buying, how would I react.
