Asked for a brief history - where I studied, what I've been doing etc
During the group interview one of their main riggers asked some technical questions about parenting objects and how I went about it in my animation test.
Asked about my past experiences and what types of games I like.
What are your current resposibilities?
1. What do you prefer to work on, Motion Capture or Key Frame Animation? 2. What was your roll in the past two companies you worked for? 3. How long will a Motion Capture cleanup will take compare to a Key Frame Animation?
Didn’t ask anything. Just a boring 30 minute company presentation.
Their objective is to assess whether you possess the skills, aptitude and experience to do the job. They will also attempt to ascertain whether you can do the job, are willing to do the job and how you will fit in with the organisation.
Whether I'd be willing to learn new software.
