The video conference round was more on how I collaborate, work in a team, given some situations how am I gonna react and some light weight technical questions. The PM then asked me generic questions where he probably was expecting more PM centric knowledge (not quite sure if you reject a developer for that reason, weird!!). Overall a good experience, everyone I interacted was good natured and well behaved. Shame I didn't make it.
