They are not really hiring, but just getting free solutions and ideas from candidates, because they are starting an new app development project. Some startups solve their technical problems in this way. So do not feed bad if you missed. The on-site interview requires 3 hours which is too long. Don't waste your time.

F2F Technical Round: - Almost all the questions from earlier telephonic interview and this interview were the same (Yes, they asked same questions again) - They mainly focus on JSON parsing (So be prepared with that) - How to get the keys from the JSON object - On which thread Service and AsyncTask runs on? - About your work in previous companies - BroadcastReceiver basics - Facebook, Google, Twitter APIs integration
