give me a time when *insert pointless leadership principle based question* - I got - "had to make a decision without manager's approval". Totally stupid question as that happens every day for most people. I placed $30m of capital every hour based on my own judgement because manager's don't watch over everything you do - but you have to drag that answer out for 15 minutes!

Totally stupid question as that happens every day for most people. I placed $30m of capital every hour based on my own judgement because manager's don't watch over everything you do - but you have to drag that answer out for 15 minutes!
