Most of its customer are family and returning customers. The company's IT division is not up to the mark and connects for the payroll system only.The distribution centre is not connected to the stores and stores are not connected to each other.The inventory ordering is based on the employee estimation and there is no centralised system to track the inventory list in each store.The supply chain system is not automated and the delivery truck arrives at the stores on the middle of the day.There is no system to provide gift vouchers, discount coupon to the customer and the customer satisfaction is reducing.
