Someone calls and you can tell this person is very angry. How do you feel you should handle this?
How is your previous experience relevant to the position?
If someone were to call and very clearly appear to be upset or angry and saying that they're just "done" (as in giving up) with basically everything regarding their schooling, what would you say to this individual?
