The case study really wasn't very difficult. I wish I'd taken their advice they gave on their website to take a few moments to plan my answers to the questions they ask. The nerves got the best of me and I answered each one immediately. I think I could've given better answers had I thought about my answers more.
Are you an analytical person?
The questions were not difficult. It seemed to be purely a behavioral interview. As in, is this someone I would want to work with on a daily basis, especially late nights, and would they make a great impression on the client.
Tell me about a time you had to think outside the box. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult coworker/team member. Tell me about yourself. Why EY? Most complicated thing you have done on Excel. Tell me about a time you had to make a big transition in life and how did you deal with it.
Describe a time when you worked in a team and there was a conflict.
Tell us about a situation where you recieved constructive feedback and how you handled it.
What is an example of a time you had to present in front of others? What is an example of your leadership abilities? What is an example of a time you had a conflict in a group project? What is your strength/weakness? Why do you want to work at EY?
