Just a repeat of some of the questions from the initial application, I would say if you want to do well try to be consistent with how you answered before but build upon the answers by having a friendly manner, use a good network line (so you sound clear), back up every answer with evidence and try to be short and sweet (not really short, just not so long that people start to fall into a lull), remember its timed. (Remeber to an extent repetition is key, so you can use the same experience for different sections). The questions: Are you...such and such? A bit about the company. Role questions: The interview was earlier than scheduled, I was actually supposed to have the slot 10:30-12:30 but the call came at 9:30 so it is good to be ready in advance. I got up at 6:30 am that day to be ready. Also have a list of the basic skill competencies they require - you should have moulded them into your application, have them in front of you so you can also weave them into your phone responses - its more natural than having written a perfect response.
