Nothing to worry about, it was similar to the online test. There was also role play where a customer called in and you had to go through the already given profile of the customer. secure the missing details of the customer for update e.g, emails, telephone number. There is a script for this to give you guidance
A lot of role play scenarios and the skill to been able to show empathy, understanding and acknowledging the clients you will deal with day to day.
