First they asked me for a short introduction, then we went through my CV together, focusing on the experiences most in line with the internship. I was asked about the software I know how to use in CFD, whether I was interested in programming/machine learning and whether I was also interested in other departments. Finally, if I had had other interviews and, in particular, had any offers.

Most of the questions consisted of the interviewer testing knowledge through verbal dialogue and written examples and calculations. This included simple diagrams and mathematical formulas. Topics covered included identifying amplifier topographies, signal theory, analog circuits theory, and various related topics.
