If interviewing with EVP, expect some questions to intentionally catch you off guard. He like to see how you react under pressure since you could often be taken by surprise when interacting with clients.

HR questions are pretty straightforward with some behavioral questions. The questions from the Director / EVP will be more qualifications-specific. If interviewing with EVP, expect some questions to intentionally catch you off guard.
