No difficult questions, if you have real world experience there's nothing "difficult". What is difficult is to explain to the very detail why made a choice among alternatives and if you are like me you think, "it's b/c I felt it was the best thing to do according to my experience and judgment of the situation". Well , such an answer is the worst you can give but on the other side whatever you say will sound like the most stupid thing you could do to your interviewer's hears and he/she will let you know.

HR questions are pretty straightforward with some behavioral questions. The questions from the Director / EVP will be more qualifications-specific. If interviewing with EVP, expect some questions to intentionally catch you off guard. He like to see how you react under pressure since you could often be taken by surprise when interacting with clients.
