If I could pick any kind of animal, which would i be, and why?
No reply to follow ups or any news at all after interview. Although feel pretty good during interview, maybe performed too ambitious for the position during 1:1 interview. Still couldn't figure out why no reply at all.

The questions were all pretty basic: strengths, weakness, failures, success etc.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
The thing that bothers me most about this company is that they avoid telling you at all costs that this is door-to-door sales. I get it. Its a tough grind-it-out job but they are the opposite of upfront about nearly everything. They try to make this job look like a Dodge Viper when really its just a old 2001 Saturn jalopy. Please JLC, don't dazzle up a job listing to make it look like something it's not. Overall I'm sure they're great people but the sugar coating that comes on everything is just not the way to recruit new employees or run an honest business.
