Need to take employment studies test. Offer is reasonable. I initially signed on for a Producer role but the training was lacking ended up falling back on my account services role which with the employee bonus system was still not so bad.

Standard interpersonal questions. Situational examples and strengths and weaknesses.
Why would you be willing to work in Sales?
The few questions that were asked were very general "Tell me about you" type questions, "Can you sell products or recommend services?" The biggest red flag is when they asked me what I knew about the company.
