What qualities/strengths do I possess that would add value to Northside?
I was looking for a part time position and I had worked in Patient Access in my previous job in East Point. I was self employed for 25 years and I was looking for a new career. Northside was not far from my home so I applied.
Tell us about a time you had to deal with a difficult patient?
Tell me about a stressful situation that you had in your past that you had a short time to solve it.
The most difficult questions were the live HireVue questions. After being able to practice on generic interview questions they turn 180 degrees to technical questions which in itself is enough to make one take a step back. In addition the questions were not in line with the job description. The questions were 1) what is a @page directive 2) difference between delete and truncate 3) difference between clustered and non-clustered index.

the usual question it would seem about turning up late for appointment, house is messy, customer vexed, toys and things where you need to work.
Give an example of a challenging experience/situation from your past and how you dealt with it, and what was the final outcome.
