What does DEI mean to you?
Several questions about different industry standard audio related software and hardware. Most of questions were open ended rather than very specific.
I had home test with two questions: 1. pretty simple one with strings. 2. Very hard question that I couldnt manage to solve.
The questions were reasonable and focused on my tutoring experience and teaching style,
I was given the questions ahead of time which made me feel uneasy. I do not think that is a good hiring practice.
